The film features real heroes, like Manjula Choudki, a customer service champion who serviced customers despite her disability during the pandemic. Manjula describes how she became anxious that she had finished managing many customers and dreaded having to end her job and return to her hometown.
A forecourt manager, Kishan Boricha, gushed as he spoke about the less fortunate no longer having enough to eat. He describes how he and his partners would ride their motorcycles with tiffins and feed those in need.
The experience had become overwhelming, not only for the employees but also for the customers. When people became hesitant to lower their car’s windows, conversing with them became a test for the frontliners. Every morning, site chiefs would provide safety briefings to educate faculty for acceptable customer-collaboration approaches, ensuring that everyone felt safe and was fully focused during such trying times.
It’s been more than a year since the global health crisis first hit the planet, but despite the fact that the rest of the world came to a halt, the front line service champs didn’t stop. Indeed, even on the cloudiest of days, their essence streamed through for the most part.
