Since 2020, the concept of working from home and remote areas became normal. Because people couldn’t connect face to face, video chats became an inventive approach to hold meetings. However, screen over-burden soon set in, and Zoom weariness became a phenomenon.

As the field begins to come out of lockdown, a new universe of work is forming. Blink Digital, a digital agency based in Mumbai, has teamed up with WeWork India to provide employees with a “work from anywhere” option.

Working from home, the office or one of WeWork’s 35 facilities in six cities are all options (Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida and Gurgaon). This not only gives employees more flexibility but also strengthens the agency’s national presence. As major digital giants like Google and Spotify have praised the addition, Blink Digital takes it a step beyond collaborating with WeWork.

Perhaps the most significant challenge in breaking out from home employment is the imbalance between professional and personal life. People can opt to work from the comfort of their homes on a couple of days and attend WeWork’s work locations when they feel like they need a change in environment or need to work with the same people – thanks to the ‘work from anywhere’ addition.

What’s the best part is that “work from anywhere” has given the freedom to travel and work even if employees are on a long staycation. This option of space will now not only make people more joyous and highly comfortable, but it will also allow them to improve their efficiency.

Blink Digital has a solution for every type of employee who wants to work with their family and pets, sit at a desk with their co-workers, or work from the mountains and enjoy the scenery.
