Metaverse, tagged as the ‘future of the internet’, has been much discussed. Brands are increasingly entering the new and developing world. Metaverse, a real-looking game, a playground, or anything it can be in virtual, is just growing more prominent. To continue to engage in such a world, the biggest ever Meta Festival concluded on June 28th.
With over 12,500 attendees, the event was a tremendous success. It included hundreds of talks from global brands and metaverse experts, six mesmerizing festival areas, attendees’ own avatars, and a lot more. The 24-hour event hosted leading brands, Web3 innovators, and technologists, who connected with each other in a virtual playground. The brands ranged from Netflix, Spotify, H&M to Coca-Cola, and more.
Meta Festival- A multi-thematic experience
The festival discussed five themes, Web3; Immersive Experiences; Diehard Tech; Pop Culture, and the Betterverse. While these sessions were ongoing, the festival hosted region-specific live programmes held between 2-5 pm according to the local time. The regions included Singapore, Amsterdam, and New York.
Something for NFT lovers
For the Meta lovers, this proved to be a can’t-miss event. There was also a lot for the NFT collectors. The attendees could buy the Meta Festival NFTs made available by the amazing artists. The creators listed their NFTs on the NFT marketplace, Algoxnft.
